Bill
—Saved with the bill and kept on the customer. The label opens ready to print the moment the bill is saved.

Stock drops by itself when you save a bill and goes up when you record a purchase. “Import stock file” takes the WooCommerce product export from daxan.in — matching SKUs are updated, new ones are added, nothing is duplicated.
Label setup
Set your printer's paper size to the same 50 × 25 mm and its margins to zero, or the first label comes out shifted. Code 128 reads your own SKU — any cheap scanner handles it, no registration needed.

Parcel going out
The FROM block is set in Return address beside the preview. "Save address" keeps the delivery address on the customer, so the next parcel to the same phone number fills itself in.

Live connection to a Google Sheet
not set upSend today's figures to Google Sheets
Pick a tab, copy it, and paste into the matching sheet. The column order never changes, so formulas and pivots on top of it keep working.
Copy puts it on the clipboard as tab-separated columns — paste lands one value per cell. Each button also offers a CSV download for File ▸ Import.
How the sheet stays current
- Make one Google Sheet called Books with tabs named Stock, Sales, Items, Customers, Purchases, HSN.
- At closing time, copy the tabs you changed and paste over the matching sheet, starting at A1.
- Share that sheet with your CA — they see the same numbers you do.
A published page can't hold your Google login, so there is no silent background sync here — the copy-paste step is the handover, and it takes about ten seconds. If you want it fully automatic, that needs a small script running on your own machine or a Google Apps Script pulling from a file you drop in Drive; ask and I'll set that up separately.
Backup
Everything lives in this page's own store. Keep a copy anyway.

Tax and pricing
Sarees sit at 5%. An unstitched saree is fabric, so the price never changes the rate.
Stitched pieces — blouses, petticoats, kurtas, ready-to-wear sarees — follow the ₹2,500 rule from 22 September 2025: 5% up to ₹2,500 a piece, 18% above it. Set that per item in Stock; the bill uses whatever each item carries. Check anything unusual with your CA.

An accountant login opens straight into Sales, Purchases and the GST pack and can change nothing — hand that one to your CA instead of emailing files. Counter staff can bill but cannot edit a saved bill, cancel one, or touch settings.
